Erskine Golf Club

Welcome

The Paterson family welcomes you to attend this charity golf day in memory and honour of our beloved husband, father and grandfather, John Paterson. Despite only starting the game later in life whilst living in the United States, John was an avid golfer. Golf quickly became a passion for John and our family and friends have fond memories of him on the course. John was a member at both Erskine Golf Club and Loch Lomond Golf Club.

In October 2024, John received a terminal diagnosis of small-cell lung cancer and very sadly died in June 2025. Our family will be forever grateful for the excellent care and support provided to John throughout his illness by the staff of The Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre. We are proud to be able to support their mission and the vital work they do supporting cancer patients and their families in Scotland.

We hope you will join us for what promises to be a great day of golf, prizes and fun. This event is in loving memory of a great man and a very worthy cause.
